Hi, I’m Whitney.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been supporting adults through life’s ups and downs since 2012. I offer online therapy across California, helping people navigate anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, self-esteem challenges, burnout, grief, and major life changes.

I wear many hats - as a mother, wife, business owner, daughter, neighbor, and friend - which gives me a deep appreciation for the balancing act of life and the complexities we all face. My style is warm and authentic. I’m here to truly listen and work alongside you in a way that feels genuine and compassionate. I balance kindness with straightforward insight, blending mindfulness, cognitive behavioral tools, trauma-informed care, and reflective exploration to tailor therapy to your unique needs.

Helping others has always been part of my story and continues to inspire the work I do today. My mother was a social worker, and growing up in a home grounded in compassion and community taught me the value of showing up for others. Even though our sessions take place online, I strive to make our connection feel personal and real - like we’re sitting together in the same room, having an honest, heartfelt conversation.

Therapy with me is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll uncover what’s getting in the way of your peace and help you build a life that feels more grounded, balanced, and fulfilling.

What Therapy With Me Is Like

Therapy requires an investment of your time, energy, finances, and emotional resources, and I take that commitment seriously. While active listening and reflection are valuable parts of the therapeutic process, I'm also an engaged and active therapist. I won't simply ask, "How does that make you feel?" and leave it there. Together, we'll take a deeper look at what's keeping you stuck, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and work toward practical solutions that provide relief and support lasting growth.

My approach is both insight-oriented and future-focused, helping you better understand yourself while creating meaningful change in your daily life. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while also offering honest feedback and guidance.
